My philosophy is that fitness & nutrition can and should be realistic & sustainable, and my passion is to help people build lasting habits that they actually enjoy doing. I love to help my clients realize what actually brings results is not what restricts, exhausts, or depletes... in fact it's the complete opposite! Proper fitness & nutrition should strengthen and energize you, allowing you to eat MORE, burn MORE, and stress LESS. 

I believe that incorporating weight training, as well as proper protein & macronutrient intake into your lifestyle are KEY to seeing lasting results... as well as feeling amazing. I am also very passionate about helping people navigate food allergies or dietary issues, having been diagnosed with Celiac disease myself. So if you need some good gluten-free recipes I'm your girl!

I'm a multi-certified personal trainer (ACSM, TRX, BeatBoss Biking) with a degree in Exercise Science, as well as an ACE certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I have been in the industry for the past 10 years, having trained for large gyms & small fitness studios alike as well as recently owning my own. Earlier this year I released my very own app, The Fit Foodie, that has become my newest venture and passion!
