My philosophy is that fitness & nutrition can and should be realistic & sustainable, and my passion is to help people build lasting habits that they actually enjoy doing. I love to help my clients realize what actually brings results is not what restricts, exhausts, or depletes... in fact it's the complete opposite! Proper fitness & nutrition should strengthen and energize you, allowing you to eat MORE, burn MORE, and stress LESS.
I'm a multi-certified trainer (ACSM, TRX, BeatBoss Biking) with a degree in Exercise Science, as well as an ACE certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I have been in the industry for the past 10 years, having trained for large gyms & small fitness studios alike as well as recently owning my own. Earlier this year I released my very own app, The Fit Foodie, that has become my newest venture and passion!
I believe that proper strength training & nutrient intake (what you are eating and how much) is KEY to seeing lasting results... as well as feeling amazing. Why go through the yo-yo diets of life when you can build a body and metabolism that is resilient - looking good and feeling good - all while ENJOYING the process. I am also very passionate about helping people navigate food allergies & dietary issues, having been diagnosed with Celiac disease myself. So if you need good gluten-free recipes I'm your girl!
